On the last Saturday in November, I went to an all-day sewing retreat with some women from my guild. It was a great opportunity to finish up (mostly) the top of the disappearing 9-patch I-spy quilt.
Here it is on my design wall. As you can see, I have to make a border of sashing and corner stones for the right and bottom sides, but everything else was created simply and easily by cutting the 9-patches into four pieces.
I really have to find that tutorial link for you! I will do that when I post a picture of the completed top (very soon, I hope).
